Vegetable fibres with high technological effect for clean label applications. Our fibres are derived from a recognized plant source, realized from the edible part of that source are obtained purely by known physical and/or enzymatic and/or microbiological processing without GMO use, not even for enzymes or processing aids. Also, most of our inspiration comes from our food culture and other ones from all over the world, leveraging on the knowledge of food science accumulated in the last years. Product characteristics:

  • Natural and 100% vegetable from certified sources
  • Either fully soluble and partial insoluble
  • Cold and hot water binding, gelling properties, emulsifying capacity
  • Foam stabilization and texture improvement
  • Resistant maltodextrin, dietary fibre

  • MICRO ZEA F: heat-treated corn fibre from Italian certified crops. Good technological properties, cost-effective
  • HI-FIBRE WF: natural emulsifier and stabilizer, additive replacer also to turn liquid oils into gellified fats.
  • HI-FIBRE 115: 1:10 cold water gel, absorbs more than 35 parts its weight of water.
  • HI-SMOOTH: unique flaxseed fibre produced by innovative Hi-Food technology. Soluble, emulsifying capacity, foaming properties, texture and stabilization improvement.
  • HI-50 TECH: New functional ingredients compound able to replace 50% of Psyllium of the highest quality (99% purity). Technological functionality built around our innovative soluble flaxseed fiber, no reformulation needed – just simple replacement!
