HI-FIBRE WF

Unique natural vegetable fibre creating stable oil-in-water emulsified systems. Oils and fats stabilizer for the replacement of conventional emulsifiers. Creation of stable fat-blocks (margarine-like) for the replacement of saturated fats - palm oil free. Great adsorbing effect of free oil in sauces. Its natural field of applications is dry bakery (crackers, biscuits, rusks), fillings and industrial gastronomy.


MELTEC®

Natural semi-solid ingredient can be used in products like margarine as improver, providing syneresis control, pleasant texture and stability to thermal changes without affecting colour in the finished product. Meltec® looks like a syrup but is based on natural vegetable fibres from legumes and cereals. Not sweet, it can replace syrups and sugars in their technological functionalities: binding, humectant, providing bite pleasant texture and stability to thermal changes. In margarine or spreads, the introduction of Meltec® allowed for effective control of syneresis. With a consumer friendly labelling: vegetable fibers (legumes and cereals), it also increases the fibre content of the finished product.
