HIFOOD's plant-based systems are an ideal solution to replace sugars and syrups without compromising texture or structure: 

  • Meltec®, a semi-solid fiber system, mimics the technological functions of sugar without adding sweetness. It replaces glucose syrup in baked goods, desserts, confectionery, and ice cream, reducing sugar by up to 50% without compromising texture.
  • Microsin Ultra, an ultrafine vegetable fiber with 77% fiber content, increases the solids content and volume in dry mixes, spreads, and baked goods, facilitating sugar replacement while maintaining cleaner label requirements.

 

Both solutions are of natural origin, gluten-free and GMO-free.
